Inactive members have either chosen to temporarily suspend their guiding/instructing activities, or have not completed their requirements for first aid, work days or continuing professional development. In some cases, they may be retired or honorary members. Inactive members may not work as ACMG guides or climbing instructors unless they maintain active status.
